Membership T&Cs
Membership purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Community booking etiquette policies for late cancel and no shows apply to all memberships. Weekly and Monthly memberships are for a minimum fixed 8 week period and cannot be paused during this initial contract phase. After 8 weeks, memberships auto-renew unless cancellation is requested by email providing 5 working days notice. Beyond the initial 8 week contract period, all memberships can be paused for 1–6 weeks at a time by email request.
