Mentorship

Body Concert mentoring sessions offer a unique, personally tailored opportunity for Pilates teachers and trainee teachers to develop, grow and refine their teaching skills and self mastery practice.

These bespoke sessions can support you to gain greater confidence, intuition and embodied understanding wherever and however you need it most. Mentoring can occur through a series of private lessons, via teaching observation hours, with lesson programming support and more.

Body Concert is a National Pilates Training affiliate supporting NPT-trainee teaching students to sign-off observation hours (free of charge) and develop their teaching confidence and skills.
