Group Pilates Reformer, Mat and Mindfulness Classes

Elevate the rhythm of your movement routine with Body Concert’s small group classes.

At Body Concert, Pilates is our passion. We feel strongly about the Pilates reformer being one apparatus within a broader system rather than a workout in isolation. You’ll notice on Tuesdays we centre unsprung mat-based practices and on Thursday mornings we foreground myofascial release classes. This timetable design is intentional, serving as an invitation to engage in a well-rounded, holistic movement routine.

Our Pilates reformer and mat based classes are intelligently designed to support you wherever you’re starting from. We centre classical Pilates principles and repertoire in a thoughtful, contemporary format. You’ll work across sessions that are sensitively programmed to support your strength, coordination and clarity of movement.

Our class sizes are intentionally small with a focus on personalised postural feedback and care, embodied cueing and cohesive group energy. Our sensitively aware teachers support you to foreground body-mind centring and methodical progression over speed, burn or spectacle.

You’re encouraged to start with foundational classes before moving toward more progressive formats as your confidence and connection develops.
